[Get 350 grams of vegetables for the day with this course] By cooking a wide variety of vegetables and mushrooms in a hot pot, their volume is reduced, allowing you to easily and deliciously consume the 350 grams of vegetables recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare per day (120 grams of green and yellow vegetables and 230 grams of light-colored vegetables).This hotpot is low in calories and provides a good balance of various vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber!
